Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were absolutely huge, giving us plenty of space for all our belongings with a small baby. The rooms were brilliant, of a good size, with comfy beds and nice furnishings. However, they were quite noisy with creaking floorboards, stairs, noisy doors, and traffic noise.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although clean and well presented, were affected by noise due to a mistake by housekeeping. The corridor was dingy, and road noise was a nuisance. The service, while friendly and helpful, had some room for improvement. The location was convenient for business but far from the center of Chester. The dining experience, although good, has room for enhancement, especially in terms of value. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
The inn is nestled in a lovely location, with attractive annexe bedrooms and ample car parking. The room I stayed in was like sleeping in an oven but was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly, particularly during our evening meal. The dining experience offered plenty of choice but was let down by limited breakfast options. The inn's facilities were modern and convenient, making my stay enjoyable.
